Where Have I Been?

When I checked my profile today, I noticed that I had over 1,000 watchers. Maybe you noticed this, too. Maybe you're expecting a special caption or my big return.

Unfortunately, that is not the case.

If you're one of my Fans, you've probably noticed that I haven't posted a caption since last year. For this, I am truly sorry, especially for those of you who have requested captions that haven't been posted. Nothing has been taking up my time in order to prevent me from being able to write captions. In fact, the main perpetrator is procrastination. I have a very bad procrastination problem, and I really need to work on it. The primary reason I was able to post captions almost daily for so long is because most of the ones that weren't requests or holiday specials had already been written weeks, months, or even years before they were posted.

I don't know when I'll start to post captions again. Maybe it'll be next week. Maybe it'll be next year. Maybe I'll never post another caption again. (I hope that that last option won't be the case.) I want to apologize once again to my Fans, especially those of you who have unfulfilled requests and who have been waiting for me to finish the Holly series. I may not have made a special caption or a legitimate comeback to celebrate 1,000 watchers, but I do hope that it suffices for you all to know why I haven't posted since December (even though it's not a good reason).
